Spray foam insulation is a product first seen on Tommorrows World way back in 1977 and as a result of decades of developmemnt is one of the most effective ways to insulate your loft where the majority of heat is lost every day.

 

With Spray Foam Insulation not only will you extend the life of your roof by controlling moisture & condensation but also creates a fully insulated roof that will save money on ever increasing heating costs.

Your installer will spray directly onto exiiting felt if in a good condition or will install a new breathable membrane prior to instaltion. Our system creates an air tight heat leakage seal making it not only fully insulated, but also completely weather proof from the effects of wind & rain,ensuring your loft is dry, dustproof & free from leaks & condensation.

Due to ensuring existing membrane is in good order or installing a new breather membrane, combined with the fact that spray foam insulation is vapour open meaning it's not a vapour barrier so allows the roof to breathe-solving condensation and water ingress issues at the same time.

It is sprayed on at high temperature and dries in less than 5 seconds ensuring a water tight sructure.

Due to the nature of it's cell construction, the roof is allowed to breathe and therefore have a regulated temperature.
